Women Veteran Wellness Retreats

Women Veteran Wellness Retreats

A free, women-only wellness retreat for women who have served

Women Veteran Wellness Retreat is a 2½-day residential retreat created exclusively for women veterans who are ready for space to breathe, reconnect, reset, and feel genuinely understood.

Delivered by I’ve Got Your 6 Foundation (IGY6), this retreat offers a calm, supportive environment where women can step away from daily responsibilities and immerse themselves in a shared experience with others who understand the realities of service and transition.

Across 2026, IGY6 will deliver six Women Veteran Wellness Retreat weekends across Victoria, supporting up to 90 women veterans. Each retreat includes trauma-informed workshops, practical wellbeing tools, restorative activities, and meaningful connection in a safe and respectful setting.

The program integrates neuroscience-informed approaches, NLP, emotional resilience practices, and guided group conversations designed to support nervous system regulation, rebuild confidence, restore clarity, and strengthen identity beyond service.

This retreat is fully funded. There is no cost to attend.

Accommodation, meals, activities, and program support are included. Petrol vouchers are available for regional participants to reduce travel barriers. All you need to do is register your interest.

The Women Veteran Wellness Retreat is more than time away. It is intentional space to pause, feel supported, reconnect with yourself, and move forward with renewed strength, clarity, and connection.

What This Event Is About

Women Veteran Wellness Retreats have one purpose: to give women veterans a safe space to heal and reconnect with themselves and each other.

Many women tell us they feel overlooked in traditional veteran programs. This weekend is created for women, by people who understand the unique pressures, responsibilities, and experiences women face during and after service.

Each retreat is a women-only environment, supported by qualified psychologists, social workers, and wellbeing practitioners. It is a space where you do not need to explain yourself or minimise your story.

You will be surrounded by women who truly understand.
