Our Team

Claudio Pizzingrilli

I’m passionate about helping people who are ready to redesign their lives—especially those navigating a midlife crisis or going through a major transition. I love supporting others in questioning their deepest assumptions so they can create a life that truly aligns with who they are and what they desire.

Why I work for IGY6:

Because everyone deserves a fresh start. My goal is to help people reconnect with their inner strengths and create a life they love—whether that means pursuing a new career, building meaningful relationships, or taking bold new steps toward their dreams.

Lucas Karvonidis

Hi. My name’s Lucas, and I’m a second-year Screen and Media student at RMIT. I’ve always been drawn to the power of storytelling through visuals, and I’m lucky enough to be turning that passion into a career.
Right now, I work at IGY6, where I get to do what I love—capturing moments through photography and videography. Whether it’s taking photos of employees, covering events, or showcasing products in the best possible light, I’m always behind the lens.

Beyond photography, I also help out with social media content, creating engaging visuals and videos that bring IGY6’s mission to life. IGY6 is all about supporting NDIS participants and veterans in finding purpose, and I’m proud to be part of something that makes a real difference in people’s lives.
As I continue to develop my skills, I’m keen to keep pushing creative boundaries and refining my craft in video and photography.

Favourite Food: Sushi, always fresh and satisfying.
Favourite Season: Winter, I love the chill and quiet.
Favourite Animal: Dogs, they are always loyal and full of energy.

    Yvonne Daly

    Senior Psychologist

I have over 16 years of experience working in a variety of community health, acute care, and private practice settings. I hold a Master’s of Counselling Psychology and have considerable experience in processing trauma and life transitions. I have a keen interest in supporting the veteran community by offering a style that is accepting, inclusive, and accessible. I am endorsed by AusPATH and hold membership with AAPi. A typical session with me is an exchange where you feel empowered, respected, and able to share your story. I use a collaborative approach to therapy, working alongside you to identify and adapt the parts of your life that are no longer serving you.

    Why I work for IGY6:

Supporting veterans has been an honour for me throughout my career. Holding space with someone while they process their journey—where they are now, and where they want to go—is why I do this work. Helping people discover who they are and what works for them in their present state is like finding the keys to Disneyland. The world opens up with so much possibility; we just need to find that key together.

Favourite Food: Pumpkin and spinach risotto, but also authentic gelati can't say no to that!
Favourite Season: Spring, for the colors and the new beginning it represents
Favourite Animal: I am a huge animal lover and advocate, so this is hard to choose but ill say penguins as they are calm, adaptable, curious and playful but also I love dogs, for similar reasons as well as their loyalty.

    Eliza Clark

    Social Worker

Throughout the course of my academic and professional journey, I have been deeply committed to supporting others, particularly within the veteran community. While completing both my undergraduate degree in Psychology and my Master’s in Social Work, I worked with local RSLs, which gave me the privilege of engaging directly with veterans and their families. These experiences not only broadened my understanding of the unique challenges faced by those who have served but also solidified my determination to dedicate my career to their wellbeing. My passion for mental health and advocacy continues to drive me, and I am now pursuing further accreditation as a Mental Health Social Worker to enhance the quality and depth of the support I can provide. I approach my practice with empathy, collaboration, and respect, creating safe and empowering spaces where individuals feel truly heard, valued, and supported. At the heart of my work is a lifelong commitment to helping others rediscover purpose, build resilience, and improve their quality of life.
